How do I submit a ticket?

Logging a ticket takes less than 60 seconds —Here’s all you need to do:

Visit the portal

Open Support : Value Logistics Support in any browser. No need to install anything!

Login to Freshdesk 

Enter your work email and password, then click Login.

Click ‘Submit a Ticket’ in the home screen 

You’ll find this button right at the top of the page in the navigation bar.

Describe what’s happening

  • Fill in a short Subject and then describe your issue. The more detail, the faster we can help! 
  • Find and select your division from the dropdown provided 
  • Select the category that your issue is related to. Once, the category is selected you will need to select your problem.

Attach a screenshot if you can

A picture is worth a thousand words! If you can screenshot the error, please attach it.

Hit Submit! Track your ticket anytime

Click that Submit button and you’re done. A Ticket ID will arrive in your inbox instantly.

  • Log back in at any time to see updates, reply to IT, or add more information.
